The OK GO concert was good. I never really listen to them at home, except seeing their YouTube videos, which are awesome. So although I liked the concert I sort of expected it to be more experimental with regards to how they performed and interacted with the audience. They had a couple of fun parts, but mostly it was just a normal concert.
So for normal concert: For OK GO concert: One of the best concerts I've ever been to. I liked these guys before but this made me love them more. Seriously incredible and a might I'll never forget: This was truly an amazing show. The band interacted with the audience, with the children, asking questions and having really creative and fun responses. Their theatrics were wonderful, keeping the crowd entertained, while encompassing their entire discography and making us feel nostalgic for old Ok Go, and reinforcing our love for their music and talents by performing newer material.
I feel lucky to have experienced the first show of OkGo's tour. It was as expected an audio visual explosion. You will not regret it. OkGO never ceases to amaze me! Their music is phenomenal, their music videos are transcendent feats of human ingenuity and their use of confetti is simply the best.
I am never disappointed when I go see OkGo and I will continue to see them when ever and where ever I can. This show was nothing short of one of the most amazing, creative, intricately simple, marvelous and moving shows I've ever had the absolute pleasure of perceiving. Hope they come back some time and enjoy playing their tunes for all us simpull southurn folksss.
Loved the confetti streaming and all the visuals, especially how engaging the band was with the audience. The lead singer is cheeky and cute, and loveable. OK GO really connect with the fans! Im an even bigger fan then when i came. Ok Go is a very creative band in their videos and they are also creative live through use of confetti, their app, and they sound good live so you can't really go wrong seeing Ok Go at concert.
I would rate it star concert. I really like it, espeially their "party songs". However, ai think they did too much talking in between songs, they were even asking people to throw them questions like "Who is the designer of your t-shirt? My 8-yr-old was so happy he was dancing in his chair. They sounded amazing and the confetti, and dancing-to-their-videos was super fun.
